The Buffalo Niagara Manufacturing Alliance is one of the main operators of the Northland Workforce Training Center. Northland is an industry-driven, public-private partnership between employers, educational institutions, community and faith-based organizations, and state and local government. The vision of Northland is to be the premiere model of public/private partnership providing education, training, and workforce development services, driven by industry and employment focused.
