Volland Electric was founded in 1943 as an electric motor and transformer repair shop in Buffalo, NY. Over the past 80 plus years, Volland has prided itself on anticipating customer needs, and is firmly committed to developing fast and economical solutions to electrical and mechanical problems. Our commitment to the community has enabled the growth of the organization to over 70 people, three facilities totaling over 50,000 square feet, and 30 ton lifting capacity, allowing us to service all of our customers repair needs. 

Whether your motor is AC or DC, large or small, needs a rewind, mechanical repairs and/or reconditioning service, you’re in great hands.  We also have you covered with field services such as testing, troubleshooting, inspection, vibration analysis, laser-alignment and IR thermography. In addition to a state-of-the-art repair facility, an industrial control panel division and fabrication shop was created in 2004. This location is a one stop shop, providing custom control panel design, UL 508A fabrication, PLC & HMI programming, and much more. Along with this, we are turnkey company for all of your lifting needs. From OSHA Certified inspections, repairs, certifications, training, new installations and upgrades. Volland Electric's Crane & Hoist Division works closely with our customers to determine the right solution for their needs.
