Machine Document is a cloud-based system designed to give technicians instant access to all important machine and system documentation directly at the point of use. The platform works by placing a QR code on a machine; when scanned, it provides technicians with immediate access to manuals, diagrams, service bulletins, and other resources needed for installation or maintenance. It emphasizes simplicity, security, and real-time connectivity.  Documents and files are stored in an automated encrypted cloud storage (no web page maintenance), access can be restricted to authorized users, and manufacturers can update files or issue service updates instantly across all machines in the field. The system also includes features such as unlimited document deployment, a management portal, document access logs, and analytics, with the goal of eliminating paper manuals and ensuring field service personnel always have the most current technical information.  Our system is file type agnostic, able to deploy everything from tens of thousands of pages of PDF to CAD and 3D print/GCODE files and more.
