J.D.Cousins is a design & build manufacturer of custom processing equipment for the Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Chemical Process, and Energy sectors of the North and South American markets.

J.D.Cousins designs and builds Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Evaporation equipment, Distillation & Separation equipment, and our proprietary Wet Surface Condensing equipment known as the Econocooler in all alloys except Titanium.

The Cousins family started in business as drafting and casting / forging specialists with the Howard Iron Works Co. and eventually purchased Howard Iron Works in 1867. The company was moved in 1904 to its current location and renamed J.D.Cousins & Sons. The Pauly family purchased J.D.Cousins & Sons in 1977, kept the well established name (less "and Sons"), and have expanded the current location to accommodate slow and steady growth up to the present.

Our limits are 144" in diameter, 840" in length, and 60 Tons in weight.
