In-house fabrication capabilities include MIG, TIG, and stick welding, plate rolling, press brake forming, punching, plasma arc cutting, torch cutting, plate beveling, sawing, shearing, stud welding, bolt threading, and other structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication processes. The facility is equipped with six overhead cranes, each with a three-ton capacity, to support material handling and fabrication.

Apollo Steel also provides field erection and industrial rigging services supported by boom trucks, forklifts, portable welding equipment, lifting beams, platforms, gantries, hoists, rollers, and other specialized lifting and installation equipment. These capabilities allow Apollo Steel to support equipment installations, structural modifications, plant projects, renovations, expansions, and dismantling requirements.

Structural and miscellaneous steel capabilities include stairs, handrails, platforms, mezzanines, structural framing, equipment supports, building additions, interior and exterior steel buildouts, and other custom-fabricated steel components.

Apollo Steel is also a Niagara County Butler Builder, providing Butler pre-engineered metal building solutions for manufacturing facilities, warehouses and storage buildings, offices, arenas, barns, and other commercial and industrial applications.
